Financial Aid for SummeR

Summer financial aid must be determined separately from the fall/spring because of the many circumstances present.

Before we can determine your financial aid eligibility for summer, we must know which summer session you have registered for and how many hours you will be taking. Likewise, if you change your schedule, we will need to know that you have changed your schedule.

If you change your class schedule after you turn in the form above, please complete the change form and return it to our office:

When your summer financial aid award has been determined, we will send you an email to your NGCSU email with instructions to view/accept your award offer.  Please view your student invoice under the Registration tab on Banner before the bill due date to determine if you have a balance due or will receive a refund.

New Students:

You do not need to complete the Summer Form.  We will use your FAFSA and/or your GACollege411 Hope application to determine your summer financial aid.  You will then receive an email to your NGCSU email with instructions to view/accept your award offer.  Please view your student invoice under the Registration tab on Banner before the bill due date to determine if you have a balance due or will receive a refund.

-Choose "Fall" term
-Scroll down to see your bill
