The following documents are required to start FROG Week.

*Please pay your Room Deposit and submit the Room Contract  to CADET ADMISSIONS (information located in Step 1 of your CAM) to secure your bed space.  Any questions concerning these requirements, please call 706-867-2918 or email cadetrecruiting@northgeorgia.edu.

*Please submit the Medical Report Form and Immunization Form to STUDENT HEALTH SERVICES (information located in Step 3 of your CAM).  You may fax the forms to 706-864-1448, scan and email them to stuhealth@northgeorgia.edu.
